Rules and Regulations
Private Villa is a villa for guests to enjoy a comfortable day of rest with their families and loved ones.
The facilities offered at the Villa for accommodation are as follows:
- Steam sauna
- Private Pool
- Badminton
- Basketball
- Golf Practice
- Bicycle Sightseeing
- Football
- 3 double beds
- Complimentary breakfast or lunch (guests can choose one)
We pay great attention to the comfort/peace of guests staying at Java Bali Private Villa for rest, and we ask guests to pay attention to the following:
- The maximum capacity for a comfortable stay in the Villa is nine (9) adults and three (3) children (under the age of 6).
- For the comfort of the local community, please refrain from activities that may cause disturbances, such as hosting parties with loud music.
- The time limit for playing music and other activities is until 9:30 PM.
- Do not bring intoxicating beverages.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Take good care and do not damage the property inside and around the Villa.
- Do not engage in dangerous activities, such as jumping into the river/balcony on the first floor, walking, and taking photos on the edge of the swimming pool facing the river.
- Carrying sharp weapons/firearms is prohibited unless you have a valid permit.
- Java Bali Private Villa is not responsible for any loss or damage to the belongings of the guests.
- Damages/Losses of Villa Property caused by guests will incur replacement costs according to the cash value of the property.
- Prohibited activities include using the Villa for immoral activities or activities that contradict the Regulations and Laws in Indonesia, such as:
✅ Gambling/money laundering activities;
✅ Bringing/Using/Distributing illegal drugs such as Narcotics, Psychotropics, and other addictive substances.
✅ Bringing and igniting fireworks and/or other items that cause fire.
✅ Engaging in Pornography and Pornographic activities or activities that violate the provisions of the ITE Law and Cybercrime.
- Java Bali Private Villa is not responsible if the activities of the guests lead to accidents, disturb the surrounding community, and other legal violations.
- For any other inquiries regarding the use of facilities in the Villa, please contact our butler on duty.
